Pupcake provides a complete array of production services, including creative project development, physical production, budgeting and post-production. Our goal is to give you the freedom to develop your project without the day-to-day stress of running a production.

Steven Yell has supervised and produced over 190 episodes of one-hour television including some of the most popular shows of the last decade. He began his television career working for Aaron Spelling as a Production Assistant before landing a job as Production Coordinator on the longest-running family drama of all time, 7th Heaven. He spent five seasons and over 100 episodes working on 7th Heaven under the tutelage of Producer Lindsley Parsons III (thirtysomething, SeaQuest, The Fall Guy, ChiPs) and show-runner Brenda Hampton (Secret Life of the American Teenager). Yell went on to coordinate and supervise over 60 more episodes of one-hour television for CBS/Paramount and Sony Pictures Entertainment including Cane and The Cleaner, where he worked with Executive Producer/Show-Runner Jonathan Prince. He currently serves as Co-Producer on Justified, the Emmy award-winning hit on FX starring Timothy Olyphant.

Yell has produced a number of successful webseries including Novel Adventures (CBS), Love 15 (Warner Brothers Horizon 2.0), Off Season: The Lex Morrison Story (Vuguru), Fetching (AOL), SuperMoms (Clorox) and the digital feature Feels So Good (Amazon).

Originally from Oklahoma, Yell moved to Los Angeles from Nashville, Tennessee where he worked as a singer/songwriter and music producer. He graduated with a B.F.A. from the University of Oklahoma.

A high-level technical consultant and software architect for over 15 years, Mike Reynolds possesses an intimate knowledge of technologies and a creative approach to problem solving. He has a breadth of experience with the latest fads for the web as well as the mechanisms companies are using to reach customers and deliver amazing user experiences.

He co-founded Pupcake Productions and sister company Pupcake Publishing to help further a shared goal of creating amazing original content and stories people crave even as the face of entertainment changes. He is heavily influenced in his work by outstanding authors such as Robert Jordan, George R.R. Martin, and C. S. Friedman.

Reynolds, also originally from Oklahoma, moved to Los Angeles from Chicago where he served as lead technical architect for a major financial institution.
